How can I track my order? Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order on this page.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin? Yes! All Sevira Skin products are formulated to be gentle and suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. Our formulas are vegan, cruelty-free, and free from unnecessary fillers. If you have a specific skin concern, feel free to contact us and we'll point you in the right direction.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free? Absolutely. All Sevira Skin products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We believe great skincare should never come at the cost of animals or the planet.

How long will it take to receive my order? We process all orders within 1–2 business days. After shipping, you can expect your order to arrive within 5–10 business days within Australia. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way.

How much does shipping cost? We offer free shipping on all Australian orders — no minimum spend required.

Do you ship to PO boxes? Yes, we do ship to PO box addresses. Just make sure to provide your full and accurate delivery address at checkout to avoid any delays.

Do you have a physical store? At this stage, Sevira Skin is an online-only brand. This allows us to keep our costs down and pass the savings directly on to you. We ship straight to your door, anywhere in Australia!
